No Refund Policy

Donations Are Final

All donations made through the website, PayPal, or Zelle are final and non-refundable once completed.

This helps the foundation plan community programs and allocate resources in a stable and responsible way.

Limited Exceptions

The foundation may review a refund request only if there was a clear transaction error, such as an accidental duplicate payment or an obviously unintended amount.

Requests are reviewed case by case, and approval is not guaranteed.

Funeral Support Donations

Funeral support donations are intended for humanitarian funeral-related assistance and family support. Once allocated or used, they cannot be refunded.

Payment Provider Fees

Payment platforms such as PayPal may charge processing fees that the foundation does not control. If an exceptional refund is approved, processing fees may not be refundable.

How to Request Review

To request review of an exceptional case, contact us within 7 days of the donation date and include your name, email, donation amount, payment method, and reason for the request.
